10-15 Garlic cloves

1 bunch parsley (stemmed)

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 cup Olive Oil

1 Tsp. Red Chili Flakes

1 Tbs. Dried Oregano

Salt to Taste

This is a Argentinian-style sauce, generally used on steak; however, you can toss it with a pasta salad or regular salad as a dressing, or use it on fish, chicken or veggies to add a zing of flavor!!

Place garlic cloves in food processor and run until finely minced.  Add parsley leaves, oregano and chili flakes and mix with garlic cloves until minced.  Add red wine vinegar, salt and olive oil and mix.

Note:  For larger portions, use a 2:1 ratio olive oil to vinegar
