1 head Napa cabbage, thinly sliced

1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced

1 English cucumber, thinly sliced

1 can chicken

½ cup sliced almonds

1 package chicken flavored ramen noodles

1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp. sesame oil

2 tbsp. honey

Cut the head of Napa cabbage into quarters, then thinly slice.  Cut the green onions in thin slices.  Cut the cucmber in half lenthwise, then thinly slice into half moon shapes. Drain chicken. Toss together.

Crunch up the noodles inside the ramen package to break into small pieces.  Remove seasoning mix from package.  In a dry saute pan, over low heat, toast the noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds until they are golden brown. (sesame seeds may be purchased already toasted)

In a seperate mixing bowl, whisk together the seasoning packet, rice wine vinegar, honey and oils.   Toss salad dressing, and crunchy toasted ingredients together and serve.
